The meat that comes from cows that eat such food increases the chances of developing some forms of cancer, so make sure to only buy the patties with the certified organic label or with the grass-fed label.

Make sure to preheat your pan
You need to make sure that the pan is hot before you start cooking so that the patties can cook evenly. This is important because it will help the patties form a crust. If they aren’t hot enough, they’ll soak the oil and release water, making the burgers mushy.
How long to cook a frozen pattie?
It depends on the thickness of your patty.
